Dr. Marzano joined RTSD as Principal of Wayne Elementary School in July 2024. He came from the Marquette School of Excellence in Chicago, where he served as Principal for three years and as Assistant Principal for three years prior. His classroom experience includes teaching science at John Hancock College Prep, where he was recognized for his distinguished teaching in Biology, Environmental Science, and AP Environmental Science. Dr. Marzano holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State (2010), a Master’s in Education from Northwestern University (2013), and a Doctor of Education from the University of Illinois (2022).

Ms. Kelly Bourne joined RTSD as the Assistant Principal at Wayne Elementary School in July 2024. Ms. Bourne served as an educational leader in Philadelphia and Chester. She served as a Principal for four years and an Assistant Principal for one year.
